Robert Dakessian
President/CEO

Robert Dakessian has over 30 years of experience in planning, acquiring, utilizing, and managing medical equipment technology in the healthcare industry. With a background in sales, marketing, strategic planning, medical equipment maintenance and repair, procurement, project management, and transition management, he is uniquely qualified to lead projects, and deliver results. He also has the unusual perspective of having worked with healthcare providers, regional and national group purchasing alliances, and major manufacturing and service organizations, and understands the medical equipment needs of healthcare providers.

Robert is also the founder of Genesis Medical Imaging, Inc. and its’ subsidiary companies: Genesis Magnet Services, LLC., Genesis Mobile Partners, LLC., and Co-Founded BioCare Clinical Engineering & Management Services, LLC..

Prior to his role as President & CEO of Genesis Medical Imaging, Robert’s experience includes various field service engineering and field service operations management positions with InnoServ Technologies, Inc from 1985 to 1998; He also held a manufacturing position with General Electric Company between 1982 to 1985. Robert earned his BS in Electronic Engineering Technology from Devry University in Chicago and has numerous leadership and management certificates earned over the years.

Melissa Roy joins HealthMed360 as VP of Marketing and Business Development and is currently working with our team to develop and provide the best customer driven support services in the diagnostic imaging equipment market.

Melissa has almost 20 years of experience in the independent imaging equipment and service industry.  Her experience includes finance, operations, marketing and sales management.  During this time, she has developed and worked with a couple of widely know brands in our industry, including Genesis Medical Imaging.
